Contra Costa CASA, Court Appointed Special Advocates, chose AVC to produce this video to show the program to help foster youth transition into adulthood. CASAs, or volunteers, are advocates for the youth. Hear from a volunteer, a young adult and a judge about how they work in harmony to transition youth into adulthood.
