Instagram Video -15 Seconds of Fame

Instagram recently announced Instagram Video, a video sharing app for iPhones and Androids that lets you shoot and post a 15-second video onto Facebook.

Unlike Twitter’s Vine, Instagram, recently purchased by Facebook, includes filters for artistic effects as well as image stabilization.
