		<description>Thank you for pointing out that not all news is a blog, in the sense of worth having a discussion about.  However, someone could post a question about the expiration date of gift certificates and if they are transferable.  

We appreciate the comment and will consider removing comment options from some news items.  Does anyone else think we should allow comments for news items where comments are really not needed?</description>
